Siannie Jacobs

Siannie Jacobs is the Executive Associate at JustLeadershipUSA (JLUSA), this role supports the Leadership team as a thought partner, strategic advisor, capacity builder, and interdepartmental associate.

Siannie is a native of Yonkers, New York, where she has seen first-hand how the criminal legal system has impacted marginalized communities. Her innate passion for advocacy and criminal justice reform has led her to gain nearly 10 years of experience in the criminal legal system, supporting key decision makers, to include SC Department of Juvenile justice, City of Florence Police Department, and SC Department of Corrections (SCDC). Prior to joining JLUSA, Siannie served as the Program Coordinator for the Cadre of H.O.P.E, Restoring Promise Unit with SCDC, where she collaborated with restoring promise partners, prison culture by improving living conditions while focusing on restorative justice, family partnership, cultural healing, mentorship, and reentry services.

Siannie holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Strayer University and Bachelors of Science in Political Science with a concentration in Sociology from Francis Marion University.
