This year, because people like you stayed connected to JustLeadershipUSA, that movement grew stronger.

Our 2025–2026 Annual Report tells the story of a year of remarkable momentum. Together, we:

• Trained and connected more than 2,000 leaders across 45 states and Washington, D.C.
• Launched Leading with Conviction+™, our new executive leadership program for directly impacted leaders.
• Expanded the JustUS Coordinating Council into a nationwide network of more than 500 organizations and advocates building power together.
• Helped bring the expertise of people with lived experience into research institutions, federal agencies, and policy conversations that have too often excluded them.
• Reached more than 90,000 people with stories, resources, and opportunities to take action.

These aren’t isolated victories. They’re investments in a future where the people closest to the challenges are leading the solutions.
