Announcing JustLeadershipUSA’s updated Leading with Conviction+™ program!

Leading with Conviction+™ (LwC+) includes the core foundational elements of our original Leading with Conviction™ program, but includes enhanced offerings that focus on the technical skills that are core to senior leadership. LwC+ is open to any systems-impacted leaders aspiring to or currently serving in a senior-level leadership position. Leading with Conviction™ alumni are eligible and encouraged to apply.

The LwC+™ curriculum focuses on strengthening foundational governance and operational organizational skills while maintaining our signature comprehensive leadership training.

Topics include:

  • Board Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Financial Stewardship & Sustainability
  • Leading & Inspiring Teams
  • Strategic Planning

Each session is delivered by experts in the field through a hybrid of virtual and in-person based instruction. Additionally, participants will build a supportive peer network of other directly impacted leaders that supports their career development goals and opportunities for collaboration in their day-to-day work.

This and all JLUSA trainings are eligible for Continuing Education Units (CEUs), in compliance with the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET).
