Chazidy Bowman

My name is Chazidy Bowman. I am the proud wife of Rufus Bowman who is currently incarcerated, and mother of four. Due to my husband’s incarceration, it has compelled me to choose a different career path. From Finance to full time advocacy. I am now the President and Founder of Ohio Prisoners Justice League and Operation Change Cincy. We formed in March of 2020 to bring awareness to Covid-19 inside of the facilities. We diligently fight for the humane treatment and rights of those incarcerated. As well as building political power locally and nationally.

My goal is to be the change that I want to see. Be the example of the world I want to live in. Be the voice to those who are not strong enough to speak. I strive for excellence and effectiveness. I am in pursuit of my purpose and the change that is needed in our society.
