Feliciano Perez is a senior program manager at Jobs for the Future (JFF). A member of the team behind the JFF Center for Justice and Economic Advancement, he supports the development and management of projects and partnerships that create economic advancement opportunities for people who are leaving prison and reentering their communities.
Before joining JFF, Feliciano worked with various populations within the nonprofit sector, with a primary focus on youth and adults who have had experience navigating the juvenile justice system. He has developed program designs, built new partnerships, and collaborated with employer networks to provide employment opportunities to individuals from communities that are underserved by public and private institutions.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Central Connecticut State University and is currently pursuing a master’s in project management from Georgetown University.
