James Thomas is a Program Manager for Nation Outside’s trauma-informed, peer-led re-entry program, a Regional Connector for the Campaign for Fair Sentencing of Youth/ICAN, and Founder and CEO of Rising Sun Ink. He also sits on the Inkster Housing Commission and the National (JLWOP) Leadership Council for Human Rights Watch.
James is a mentor, activist, and humanitarian that specializes in criminal justice reform and reentry for formerly incarcerated people.
