Kyle D. Bacon is a proven non-profit and education leader, dedicated to investing in the lives of youth, families, and communities harmed by mass incarceration and systemic inequities. Kyle has served as Director of Mentor Programs & Partnerships for a national non-profit that supports children and families impacted by incarceration. He has utilized his skills in business and education for development, program implementation, and intervention efforts.
Kyle also is experienced in running a second chance program for justice-involved youth in Ohio. As a skilled speaker, trainer, and curator of Developmental Relationships, Kyle has driven positive academic and life outcomes through his work and expanded the capacity of leaders, mentors, and volunteers to positively impact communities of promise. Kyle was recognized as a Champion of Change in Education for African American Youth by the Obama Administration and he has also been acknowledged for his dedicated service with a range of other awards.
Kyle is a proud alumnus of Howard University. He remains connected to community and philanthropic service, jail and prison ministry, and men’s life-enrichment as an active member of his faith community.
