Oswald Newbold

Oswald Newbold II is a reentry expert, conflict mediator, and passionate social justice advocate. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Reentry Professionals, Inc., and as a Reentry Coordinator at The Reentry Center of Riviera Beach, Oswald draws inspiration from his own lived experiences to drive his work in reentry and business.

In addition to his fulfilling career, Oswald is a dedicated business owner and founder of a nonprofit organization. He holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership. Presently, Oswald is deeply engaged in a team effort to develop a national certification and accreditation program for reentry professionals and providers, with the goal of establishing a national benchmark standard in the field.

This down-to-earth individual has a love for the simple pleasures in life, including beach outings, traveling, spending time with family, and attending professional sporting events. Oswald believes that his life purpose is “cultivating growth” and “connecting meaning.”
