Stephanie Regagnon is the CEO of FieldWatch, Inc., a non-profit company promoting stewardship and collaboration in agriculture. She has dedicated her professional career to the agriculture industry in Washington, DC, and St. Louis, MO. In parallel with her career in agriculture, Stephanie has also been committed to issues of justice reform and mass incarceration. In 2010, she founded a non-profit organization that gives college scholarships to children of incarcerated parents. Since 2010, Ava’s Grace Scholarship has given and committed more than $600,000 in scholarships to young people who are breaking the cycles of poverty and incarceration by pursuing their dreams. Stephanie has been recognized for her work with young people by the St. Louis Business Journal as a “40 Under 40” Leader and by Ameren Corp as a “Community Light”. Through her participation in Missouri’s Agriculture Leaders of Tomorrow, as president of the St. Louis AgriBusiness Club, as a graduate of FOCUS Leadership St. Louis and the inaugural FOCUS Impact Fellows program, and now as a 2018 Fellow with JustLeadershipUSA, Stephanie has developed strong leadership skills and critical relationships. She is committed to lasting reform of our justice system, including lowering the prison population significantly across the nation. Stephanie currently serves on several non-profit boards and lives in St. Louis with her family.
