William “Bill” Cobb


William “Bill” Cobb resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he works as a community activist and advocate for people who have been adversely impacted by the criminal justice system. He served as the Executive Director of the Urban Angel Foundation whose mission is to empower communities and inspire men, women and children to achieve positive, stable and productive lifestyles.

Bill also served as the vice president of the Ex-Offenders Association of PA, and has worked with numerous organizations, including the Philadelphia’s District Attorney’s Office and the U.S. Attorney Office (Eastern District). He recently founded REDEEMED, a new organization focused on the elimination of systemic employment discrimination practices aimed at people living with arrest and conviction records.
