Ruby Welch receives community service award from Little Rock NAACP

Ruby Welch (Leading with Conviction™ 2023) was recently recognized with an award from the Little Rock, Arkansas, branch of the NAACP.

Ruby thanked JustLeadershipUSA and other orgs that have supported her leadership over the years in a post on Facebook: “I am proud, humbled, and honored for being chosen as a recipient of the Little Rock NAACP6019-B ‘Community Service Award.’ I first give ‘all’ glory to God, my village, Dream.org, and JustLeadershipUSA for pouring into my once empty vessel. You are my inspiration to continue the work for criminal and restorative justice. Thank you and God bless.”
