Recently, Kemba Smith (Leading with Conviction™ 2019) sat down with FOX5 Atlanta and national NPR to discuss her story and the movie version of her story that came out earlier this year on BET+, simply titled Kemba.
Last month, Kemba wrote a powerful piece for Represent Justice on the 30th anniversary of her friend Michelle West’s incarceration, calling again on President Biden to grant her clemency and commute her sentence.
