JLUSA leaders participate in National Economic Mobility & Opportunity Conference

June 5, 2025

Last month, JustLeadershipUSA Policy Analyst Zach Ruppel (Leading with Conviction™ 2021) joined Tony McCright (LwC 2022) from the National League of Cities for a panel discussion at the 2025 National Economic Mobility & Opportunity Conference in Baltimore, MD, hosted by the International City/County Management Association (ICMA).

Zach said, “I had the privilege of discussing policy-based solutions with city and county public administrators to enhance economic mobility for residents affected by the criminal legal system. The session featured a remarkable panel of policy experts pioneering innovative approaches. Amidst prevailing uncertainties, witnessing a room abuzz with enthusiasm for providing second chances in communities was truly uplifting.”
