Crystal Voight

Crystal Voight is a Senior Engineer with a large construction company. Crystal started in the construction industry with no experience as an entry-level flagger and worked her way up to her current management position.

Crystal is also a Core Member of the Return Strong Organization that empowers the voices of incarcerated individuals. One of Crystal’s roles with the organization is helping members recently released gain employment with her company and get the opportunities she was once given.

Crystal’s passion for helping comes from her experience in the legal system. Once thought of as a lost cause, Crystal was able to succeed and build an amazing career and wants to give others the same opportunity.
