David Gaspar

David Gaspar is the National Director of Operations for The Bail Project. Prior to joining TBP, David was a Director of Distribution and Warehousing, where he developed and managed an employment program for those with lived experience. Over the past 14 years, David has helped develop and facilitate an at-risk youth group, mentored and coached youth in felony diversion programs, and more recently earned his O.W.D.S. certification so he can better assist individuals successfully transition back into their communities. His passion is to help people find their strength, purpose, conviction, and voice.
