When he served on JLUSA’s founding advisory board, Dr. William Cabin was teaching social work in BSW and MSW programs in New York City and New Jersey. He had published and presented on home care, hospice, elderly depression, Alzheimer’s disease intervention effectiveness, and inequality topics. Dr. Cabin previously served as an executive-level manager for New York State, various non-profits, and for over 20 years as a home care and hospice manager and consultant. He holds an MSW, a JD, and a PhD.
