Devon Hickman

Devon Hickman is a leadership and management professional based out of Cleveland, Ohio. Devon’s project management and process improvement background has helped lead and develop talent for over 20 years. Devon’s leadership experience includes leadership roles at his own consulting firm MMR Consulting LLC, Cleveland Clinic Health System, and currently as the Director at the Center for Employment Opportunities.

Devon has served on the boards of the Cleveland Institute of Dental and Medical Assisting, Regional Transit Authority (Health and Wellness), and The Urban Barber Association. Devon’s professional associations include The University of Toledo Alumni, Cleveland Leadership Center Alumni, American Academy on Communication in Healthcare, and the Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club. Devon has a passion for the community and loves giving back through faith-based initiatives, volunteering, and sharing his life experience.
