Erika Girard

Erika Girard has over 25 years of work experience, mostly in supervisory and management positions at the University of Michigan, Michigan Medicine Health System. She also worked for five years as the Executive Office Manager at Prison Legal Services of Michigan, Inc. Erika has an associate degree in accounting from Baker College and a bachelor’s degree in business management and organization development from Spring Arbor University. At JLUSA, she has held various roles, such as Leadership Alumni Coordinator, Leadership Events & Logistics Coordinator, and Leadership Training & Logistics Coordinator. Currently, she is the Director of Leadership Training & Logistics. Erika is a proud mother of four children and a bonus son. She loves sports, cooking, crafting, sewing, and spending time with family. She also has four grandchildren and two bonus grandchildren who affectionately call her Mimi.
