Les Hayden

Since 2022, Les Hayden has been the Chief Finance & Operations Officer for JLUSA, where he is responsible for finance; contracting; staff hiring, benefits, and human resources compliance; information technology; and risk management. Les has 30 years of nonprofit management experience overseeing business operations, finance, government contracts administration, program development, program operations, and quality management and evaluation. He has spent the past 15 years supporting criminal legal reform and alternatives to incarceration/reentry services after focusing on HIV services in the first half of his career. He holds master’s degrees in public health and social work from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
