Les Hayden has 30 years of nonprofit management experience overseeing business operations, finance, program development, and quality management and compliance. He has spent the past 15 years supporting criminal legal reform and alternatives to incarceration/reentry services after spending the first half of his career in HIV services. He holds Masters degrees in public health and social work from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
